Rising coal prices will add to power costs at aluminum smelters in China that have captive power plants.

The Bohai-Rim Steam-Coal Price Index rose for three weeks in a row, albeit at a slower pace

The average profit held largely steady around 500 yuan/tonne at aluminum smelters surveyed by SMM in the week ending June 30.

The  Changjiang average spot aluminum price increased 170 yuan/tonne on a weekly.

And today the Chnagjiang spot aluminum price increased by 180 yuan/Ton().The average  price is 13850 yuan/Ton.
