Alcoa Is Going To Reopen Its Aluminum Smelter

Alcoa's aluminum smelter near Evansville, Indiana will reopen three series of electrolytic cells (the smelter's total of five series of electrolyzers), Alcoa's Pittsburgh headquarters said on Tuesday, it id s expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2018, the annual output will reach 1614,000 tons, and this will offer 275new jobs.
