China’s growing need for lighter car body to save energy and reduce emissions will greatly benefit aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy processing industry. 

According to the Made in China 2025 Plan, vehicle weight will be reduced by 5%-20% on average by 2020 through use of high-strength steel, Al-Mg alloy, among other composite materials, on automobiles.
