Five companies in Henan Province, who have long idled aluminum capacity, are seeking to sell corresponding aluminum capacity swap quotas, according to the provincial government’s official website on August 10.The idled aluminum capacity totals 207,000 tonnes at these 5 companies. 

 It is reported that one of the above-mentioned companies signed a transfer agreement with a company in  Tongliao City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.On July 12,2017, Henan provincial government  called off  the mining rights in nature reserve area.
